Well, they do not do damage themselves, but they leave the player vulnerable for long periods of time. Serration and Split Chamber might be massive damage multipliers, but elemental mods are much easier to rank up and provide just as much damage. Most abilities cost energy, however, and usually can not be spammed. Warframe abilities are powerful, game-changing effects that should be used by everyone as often as possible. It does not improve weapon effects or give powerful bonuses, but it is equally as important as all of those benefits. Instead, this is a mod for your companion that lets the companion grab items in an 11.5m radius. Again, this mod does not increase the damage of weapons. Melee range mid-air is fun on polearms, Double Jump strength is underrated, and Motus Setup allows mobile players to turn any shotgun into a hybrid weapon-dealing high amounts of critical hits and status effects per shot. As for the Motus Mods themselves, they are a solid option for niche cases. Knockdown immunity while airborne is an underwhelming set bonus. Saxum is a three-piece Mod set that turns lifted enemies into bombs when killed, dealing 30% of their total HP as Impact damage in a six-meter radius when slain. The Mods themselves, however, are fantastic. Proton grants up to 50% damage reduction during a Wall Latch, a set bonus that is somewhat lacking.
In other words, this Mod acts as a free Blood Rush when all six Mods are in-use. Gladiator grants up to 60% increased critical chance that scales with melee combo multipliers. It grants weaker versions of essential Mods such as Continuity, Stretch, and Hornet Strike. Newer players and veterans alike can take advantage of the Augur Mod set. Sacrificial Pressure grants slightly less damage than Pressure Point while also granting absurd damage against Sentient foes. While the Sacrificial Mod set only has two Mods, both Mods are incredibly strong. Players will want to install all three, however, as they grant extra Slash damage, status chance, and 60% Armor and 90% Health to Warframes. Carnis grants status immunity and 30% evasion for six seconds with all three Mods installed. When all six Mods are equipped, Vigilante will grant the player's primary a 30% chance to gain 100% critical chance on that hit, effectively raising it by a critical tier. Vigilante is focused around making Primary weapons stronger. When these Mods are used together, they become even stronger.
Vitality, Steel Fiber, and Intensify have seen Primed versions with the Umbral Mod set. Hunter Munitions turns any critical weapon into a Slash-proccing machine while Hunter Adrenaline is a stronger version of Rage. Most builds in Warframe take advantage of the Hunter Mods in some way.
